Property Management company needs handyman crew. We manage over 200 properties in the Washington, DC area and looking for crews to come out and give us quotes per job or per hour. We are looking for 2-3 additional crews.

Must be fast workers, self managed and know how to sand down joint compound and/or Plaster and Must paint well with a brush/ roller.

If you can do anything else (Cabinet installation, lay tile, install recessed lighting, bathroom renovation, minor plumbing, install roofing shingles, etc) that's a plus let us know what you can do.
