I'm a 51 year old female looking to share a home with same. Can be between the ages of 40-60! I live a quite lifestyle and I have no pets. I ask that you have no pets as well. I like to watch movies and spend time with my kids (they are all grown and live in their own homes) they will occasionally visit. Maybe once every couple months? Must have a steady income. I don't care if your working as long as you have a source of paying rent... SSI, SSDI.... Rent must be your first priority. I've been looking in the Nashua area. I can pay half of all expenses. My price limit is 600 a month max! I found a nice two bedroom for 800 a month. That would be 400 each plus utilities. I have my own phone. You must have your own phone as well. My last roommate was constantly using my phone!!! Split the heat, lights, Internet, and cable should be around 200 a month?? I do get fuel assistance so that will help out some.
