I'm a developer with a house in Oakland that I am flipping and need a granite installer to install some prefab granite on an outdoor kitchen.
-YOU MUST have your own tools.
All materials will be provided.
I don't care what language you speak as long as you can do the job well.
Here's what we're looking for:
-Professional- we are NOT looking to bring on a DIY'er who painted their bathroom remodel. If you work for someone during the week and want side work, we work weekends too. Otherwise, If you have done construction full time and are looking for work, that's great.
you should also be:
-hard worker
-honest
-show up on time
-stick with the job until it's done. If you want to work for a day, please look elsewhere.
-At least one reference of someone you've worked for that I can call.
-Do the job right
you'll get paid in cash.
Note- Please don't try to BS us, we've been working construction for 15 years and have seen it all. So if you show up and you don't know what you're doing, we'll ask you to leave, and you'll be out gas money. We're not here to waste your time, so please don't waste ours.
Other than that, the job is as straight forward as it comes. Looking to start working as early as tomorrow, Sept. 15
If you can please tell me how much you'll want to install it, that will be helpful.
It's 2 total pieces:
-(1) 8' x 36 Island slab- finished on 3 sides
-(1) 8L- standard 26" slab finished on 1 side
There is NO edging that you will have to do. I do have other work at the job that does require edging if you show you can do a good install on the kitchen.
