I own a property that I rent weekly throughout the summer. The property is rented M-F and my family uses the house on weekends. So cleanings will most likely be on Sunday afternoons after renters have checked out.

I need someone to clean the house for me after each rental. The house has the following: Kitchen, 1 Bathroom, Living room, dining room, small sun Room, 2 bedrooms ( 1 on first floor and one on 2nd floor), and another spare room on the 2nd floor.

Please provide me with some general information about your service and estimated price for a complete clean: Thorough cleaning of kitchen and bath, sweep and mop floors, and wipe down tables etc.
