A brief description of ourselves to get started! We are a married couple of six plus years now and we are looking to adopt an infant child or a toddler. I am unable to bear children due to a syndrome I was born with that affected my reproductive organs. Since I was a young adolescent I knew that I wanted to be a parent. Over the years I have watched many people I know experience how amazing it is to be a parent and while I am happy for them all, at the same time I feel saddened by the reality that I will never have a growing life in my womb. My friends and family have always complimented me and told me how fantastic of a mother I would be and I know they are right! I am 26 years old and my husband is 35, we are both responsible adults; we do not smoke, drink or do any drugs. We have dogs which are our furry babies and we love them unconditionally. We live in Alaska and prefer to meet someone locally who is serious and considering a legal and permanent adoption for their child.
