I am looking to rent small space in someone's single family home. I am looking for private bath and private bedroom.
A little about me. I am quiet, polite and courteous of others. I am from the Twin Cities. I am 25 and have good paying job (paying the rent on time won't be a problem) I have good credit and good rental history. I don't have a problem with pets. I also do not have any pets.
