Looking to start a street team to promote my horror novel (Alhambra)
Hi everyone!
So I am about to release my first fiction horror book, which is a Japanese horror novel, set to be released in January 2016. I am looking to create a street team who can help me spread the word about my book doing a number of different things I have in mind, such as visiting bookstores and leaving my author cards there, promoting my book to friends, helping me set up a book release event, attending book events or movie events and handing out my book to people, and whatever else we brainstorm. I am open to all ideas about how to make my release a success!
As for payment, I would be happy to discuss free copies of my book for payment, or possibly a small amount of pay depending on what you can offer, or some other form of payment (Maybe I can help you with your book release? Etc.). This is definitely something we can discuss once you get in contact with me.
Looking for about 5 to 10 people. If you want to be part of something hopefully fun and worth your time, and you love horror books and particularly Asian horror, please message me today. Thanks so much.
NOTE: To the person who keeps flagging my ad, I would respectfully ask that you please stop doing so. This is a legitimate offer. There is no scam here, nor do I want to willfully hurt anyone by offering them a chance to be part of my creative vision. It's really depressing to me that almost weekly since I've posted this ad, I get messages from you that border on harassment and also couldn't be more further from the truth, in terms of what you insinuate each time you write to me about how this ad is one big setup to somehow rip somebody off who reaches out to me. It isn't. Also, I genuinely would love to work with anyone who could get excited about promoting a horror novel. I genuinely wouldn't mind PAYING somebody for their time depending on the ideas we come up with on how to promote my book. And genuinely speaking, I simply want to share my hard work of writing a novel with the world. Thank you.
