My neighbor's cockatiel is lost again. Last year I found the bird and then found out it was one of my neighbor's birds.
He has been missing since March 23rd, 2015
I last saw him at the corner of Elenda and Wagner in Culver City which is near Overland and Culver.
If you see him please let me know! He does a wolf whistle...you know, a whistle that a guy whistles at a pretty girl.
