Lovely siamese cat

I'm having to rehome my fixed, female, siamese cat Rain because of my mom's asthma and because we're having to move into a small RV and she hates riding in a vehicle. We need to rehome her by the end of the month as that's when we'll be moving. I've had her since she was a kitten. Generally she is very calm and not the sort to tear up your stuff or make trouble. She loves to sit in open windows and will hunt any bugs in your house. She's a strict indoor cat because she doesn't see good, and she doesn't jump up on counters or tables or anything very high because of that. She probably wont sit on your lap but she loves to be pet and will tolerate being picked up and held and given a bath. She's scared of small children and gets overwhelmed by large groups of people. When meeting other pets she may avoid them and hiss at them if they approach her, for instance she doesn't like my grandma's chihuahua and ferret because they want to chase/play with her, but in a couple months she has always warmed up to other pets even if she didn't like them at first. When we had rats she was always nice and never acted predatory towards them, and she's been known to cuddle with our bearded dragon. We also have a large dog that she likes to play with and tease. She would fit in well in a relatively quiet house with just a few people, and other calm pets. She's shy with people in the beginning and it would probably take a few weeks of her living with you to see her true personality. To give you an idea of what she's like with us, she greets us at the door when we come home, she doesn't bother us when we're busy but when we sit down then she will come over and want attention or to lay on the floor when we're watching tv, and most of the time she just wants to be in the same room as you. She will quickly get into a routine with you and on your schedule. I would describe her as sweet but not needy or demanding. She's a great cat and I'll be sad to see her go.
If you want her she would come with her domed litter box, cat tree thing, carrier, and any food and litter she has left over. It's not about the money for me, but I'm asking a $30 rehoming fee because I don't want her going to someone who wouldn't spend even $30 on her. We love her and want you to love her too. We'll bring her to you if needed, and we'll take her back if there's some kind of problem with your other pets or.
