Own a place for vacation/rental. Need someone trustworthy who can help out when I need him. Some things are simple, like swap out a bed frame, check the grill for gas, put up a shelf. Others are more pressing like water issues or clogged toilet. Need someone who can step up quickly when needed to get the job done. Therefore, YOU MUST BE LOCAL. If you are more than 20 minutes away, please don't waste either of our time, as you quickly feel like it is not worth the travel. We are 10 minutes off 89 in Blodgett's Landing.

I am willing to pay more than my usual rate, and will offer $22/hour and an automatic $10 just for showing up ($10 is in case it is something quick), as this is erratic work unless you are snowblowing or mowing too, which I am open too. I would be thrilled if you could snowblow too, and would be willing to get a snowblower if you can't provide, but by no means a must. We rent to skiers, so clearing the driveway of snow can also be time sensitive. Most importantly, be an honest person, not like some of the types one runs into on CL.
