Looking for Experienced Maintenance personnel for an immediate start for the right candidates!
Potential Accommodation Trade for the Right Candidate(s)!
Must have knowledge of building maintenance to include minor electrical repairs, plumbing, and routine preventative care of heating and air conditioning systems.
Have the ability to receive verbal and written directions.
Must be available for "on-call" emergency repairs, and to have a flexible work schedule to include holidays and weekends.
Have the knowledge, skill, and mental development equivalent to completion of four years of high school, supplemented by 12 to 18 months of technical school.
Minimum of 3+ years of experience in general maintenance or related field.
Ability to walk and stand during the work shift.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally throughout the work week, but may lift 20-25 pounds regularly during work shift.
Respond to guest calls and team member work orders in a timely, friendly, and efficient manner to access and repair non-functioning machinery and/or equipment.
Perform a variety of repair and maintenance tasks including, but not limited to carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, painting, HVAC work and masonry.
Undertake complete preventive maintenance on rooms and other areas.
