Hello everyone,
My partner and I are currently seeking a manager (and/or entertainment agent) to represent our professional music and audio services company and careers.
We are an international music production and audio engineering company (amongst many other things) based in both London, England and in the Eastern United States (near Pittsburgh, PA). We have both been active in the music and entertainment industries for over a decade, and launched our new company together approximately 2 years ago.
Since its conception, our new joint endeavor has found incredible and rapid success. To be brief (as we will provide you with full details on all of our services, upcoming products and releases as we talk further), the foundation of our work is providing the highest quality and creativity in music production and audio engineering. At our core, my partner and I are both music producers, recording engineers, audio engineers, and songwriters, who work primarily in popular music, hip hop, R&B, rock, and 'Top 40'.
In addition to our work in the studio, our company provides a wide range of additional services, part of which include: education programs and services, books, software, professional audio hardware, virtual instruments and sample libraries, websites, cinematic film and video production, retail outlets (coming soon), and professional recording studios.
As I mentioned, both our company and individual careers have grown and expanded so much over the past couple of years, that managing and representing ourselves (while keeping up with our daily workloads) has become too much of a time consuming challenge. Therefore, we are searching for a manager (or talent/entertainment agent) to take over all management duties for both our business and individual careers.
We are looking for a motivated and ambitious manager (or talent agent/representative) to take over all management duties for both our individual careers and our business. As I mentioned, we are very well established and our business is growing faster than we can personally manage.
The duties of our manager will be essentially the same as they would be for a manager representing a band or musician.
It is not necessary that you have an extensive resume or a lot of experience in the field. The only thing we truly seek is someone who is motivated, driven, hardworking, dedicated, and passionate about making things happen.
Obviously, the more we earn from your work, the more you earn. We are VERY loyal to those who work with us. We treat our business like a family, and take very good take of everyone involved. We are a close knit team, and we make sure that we reward hard work. If you go above and beyond for us, we will make sure that it is recognized, and go above and beyond for you. I can assure you, that you will not find a more down to earth and easy to work with team than ours.
It does not matter where you are geographically located, as in todays day and age, there isnt much that cant be handled via technology.

I've already shared a little information on our company, and the services/products in which we provide. If you are interested in learning a little more about us individually, I will share a brief background of our individual careers at the bottom of this post...Obviously we will provide you more information and complete bios as we talk further.
I am an American based music producer, mixing engineer, recording engineer, musician, songwriter, audio educator, and filmmaker who has been active in the industry for a little over 13 years. I am currently based in the Eastern US (just outside of Pittsburgh, PA), however, I have lived and worked in several major music markets across the US throughout my career (mainly in Los Angeles and Southern Florida). Although I am now based near Pittsburgh, I still regularly work and travel across North America for projects, and frequently work with artists and companies across the globe.
I have spent the majority of my career working as a freelance producer and engineer, but have also spent long stints holding various positions throughout the industry (A&R Executive, Recording Studio Manager, Studio Head Engineer, In House Producer for radio stations, Talent Manager, Recording Studio Design and Technical Consultant, Touring Engineer, and various positions working in sound and music for film and television). Most prominently, while based in Los Angeles, I worked as a private, personal, and in-house engineer for several major musicians including Grammy winners, Grammy nominees, platinum selling recording artists, and Rock and Roll Hall of Fame inductees.
Throughout my career, I have worked with countless artists spanning all genres of music, from Rock to Hip Hop, Country to R&B, Punk to Metal, Classical to Disney, Pop to Americana, and everything in between. My resume includes an extensive list of major label artists, Grammy nominees, gold and platinum selling recording artists, major record companies, international musicians, film and television projects (in which I have won several awards for both creative and technical), major international music tours and festivals, and countless independent artists.
Aside from my actual work in the studio, I have garnished quite a reputation as an engineering professional and audio educator. I have been hired and sponsored by several major music companies to host and instruct dozens of live educational events, such as recording clinics, lectures, classes, and seminars. Additionally, several major colleges and universities have invited me to speak and lecture to their students, host classes, and have established internship programs in which their students earn college credit by interning under me. I have also had international universities in Europe hire me to lecture their students via live webinar. Over the past several years, I have also attracted a large online following for my work in audio education, and am in the process of releasing several retail and internet products in the field.
Through my great work and reputation in the music production and engineering fields, both in the studio and on the education side, I have established relationships with several major music companies, software companies, and professional audio companies that include sponsorships, artist endorsements, partnerships, beta testing, product education, technical reviews, and cross promotion.
Finally, aside from my work in music and recording, I have built an impressive resume as a filmmaker. From 2009 until late 2013, I was the owner of an award-winning independent film, television, and advertising production and post-production house. During that time, I have personally written, produced, and directed over 150 television commercials (nationwide), more than two dozen music videos, a handful of independent films, three documentaries, several television programs, and countless corporate media projects.
My partner is a UK based Music Producer, Audio Engineer, Mixing Engineer, Studio Owner, and Audio Educator based in London, England (and partially based here in the US near Pittsburgh as well).
He has been active in the industry for over a decade, and has quickly earned a reputation as one of the most sought after hip-hop engineers in the UK. During his career, he has worked with the largest acts in British Hip Hop, and has earned himself a MOBO nomination in 2010. His reputation in the field is like none other, and he has been featured on the BBC's Radio One.
Although he is most known and greatly respected as one of the best hip hop producers and engineers in the UK, he has extensive experience working with artists across all genres. Throughout his career, he has worked with an impressive number of major label musicians and independents alike.
His incredible reputation of being one of the 'best in the business' isn't just limited to the UK. He has received an incredible amount of requests and offers from artists in the USA and several other countries worldwide. In just this past year alone, he has already booked nearly a dozen projects with some of the most legendary American artists.
He is so sought after for his consistency in delivering exceptional work, above and beyond his clients expectation, with the utmost creativity and unique sound, that since starting his career he has mixed nearly 3,500 songs (not to mention that vast number of songs he has produced, written, or recorded)!!!
Much like myself, my partner has also established himself as an expert in our field, and frequently shares his knowledge through audio and music education. With a loyal following and students from across the globe (especially in the UK and America), he is regularly involved in many platforms and outlets for audio education.
Together, we are near completion on a new book and educational DVD series that teaches many of our creative techniques and audio knowledge to musicians learning to produce and record their own music (among many other projects and products we are releasing).
Since the two of us joined forces (both in the studio and in business) we have created an unprecedented production, engineering, and business team that is rapidly growing to become one of the most sought after independent duos in the business. Our unique and varying backgrounds and experiences has created an incredible and unique combination of creativity and excellence that clients of all genres have fallen in love with.
As I mentioned, our popularity (both independently and as a team/business) has grown rapidly over the past year...so much so that it is almost impossible for us to continue managing ourselves while keeping up with the demand of clients and the many products and projects we are.
