Need an Eastside or South Snohomish County manufactured home with owner contract, lease option, rent to own etc. Credit issues but clean background, excellent rental history and stable employment.
I can do maintenance, repairs or what ever it takes just need a place. I'm working with Lexington Law to repair my credit now I just need an opportunity.
