I'm available part-time (8 - 30 hrs.) for ongoing work -
or temporary (full- or part-time).
I never talk down to children, and especially love working with siblings of different ages - there is so much learning potential there! As the title suggests, I am also gifted at working with emotional or behavior issues. My rates are $15 - $25* hr.
I'm a former Head Start Lead Teacher, a non-smoker, am fluent in both American Sign Language and German, and have years of nanny experience - and super references! I also raised my own four children as a single parent.
My favorite thing about being a nanny is making a difference in a child's life. I love showing them their strengths, opening up their world. Library trips, creative play, music, art, science. I love learning, and know how to share that with children of all ages.
Minimum shift is generally 4 hrs. I have a background check on file at Care.com which I'd be happy to share with you. Last minute care is always possible. :~]
*$22 - 25 range is for multiple infants/toddlers, both/all under 28.
