Troubleshooting and repair:

Circuits: failing, lighting, switching, receptacles, controls, relays, ballast replacement, or equipment not working etc. . . I will diagnose and replace/repair whichever is the best solution.

Electrical consulting:

I will go to your location providing detailed and comprehensive instruction on the proper codes and installation of electrical work on residential properties, where the work is to be performed by the homeowner as permitted by law. This service provides you with the opportunity to not only save money but also allows you the experience of performing the work yourself while still insuring the work is done according to the NEC (National Electrical Code) and meet's the requirements of local jurisdiction as well. I also provide free follow up over the phone for any questions that may arise.

Installation of circuits:

Both commercial and residential electrical systems ranging from hooking up equipment, lighting retrofit and addition, ceiling fans (tall ladders or lifts to be provided by customer if needed), outlets, electric heat, branch circuit wiring, surface raceways (EMT, Wiremold, PVC) etc. . .

I am a Master Electrician who has worked in the field since 1997. I have a great deal of experience with every aspect of electrical construction, maintenance, troubleshooting and repair. My rates are $60/hour (cash) or $90/hour (check) with a one hour minimum, plus materials which I provide at cost. I will provide a receipt for the items if they were purchased specifically for your project.
