My family is looking to move within 20 miles/30 minutes of the Portsmouth area in order to be closer to work. Current location is Farmington, NH. Amenities we desire include W/D hookups, storage, minimum of 2 bedrooms, and possibility of garden space.

The last 6 years includes 4 years of care-taking duties on a 20-acre estate, duties to include: house checks, all building and yard maintenance, lawn mowing (4.5 hours per week), vehicle and equipment maintenance, landlord duties for a 1-bedroom apartment, scheduling maintenance appointments, as well as currier duties and record keeping.
