To any hopeful westward travelers, I will be driving from New York to Oregon between May 27th to June 3rd. Image above shows, not specific, but general route I will be driving--with Chicago, the Badlands and Yellowstone marked in between as definite stops for overnight/camping.

This is a leisure trip, however I do intend to stick to a schedule and arrive in Portland, OR towards the beginning of the first week of June. I am offering a rideshare due to my travel buddies' plans falling through. I'm friendly girl in her early twenties who is looking company for the long drive and people to cut the cost of gas with.
