Meet Bella

This young girl was surrendered to the shelter with her litter of puppies. The puppies have been adopted and now it is Bella's turn to find a loving, devoted home. Bella scored when one of our new foster homes decided to give this girl a chance to find a forever home. She is being fostered with a male Husky mix and two cats, she gets along with everyone! Bella is very sweet and playful. She loves other dogs and would benefit from having another playful dog in the household. Even though she has already been a mom, she is still quite a puppy herself. She has lots of energy and will need an active family to include her in their daily activities. She takes daily walks of an hour plus and when back home, plays a little longer, then curls up on a warm lap for a nap. When she is really frisky she does the cutest zoomies, then will jump in your lap for a quick kiss, and then off to the zoomies again! She is treat motivated and her training is going well. In just the first week, she has learned leave it, wait, and sit! Her ears are simply the cutest when she's looking up at you for direction and they fly back :) Bella was at the Santa Cruz shelter for over 2 months, she has been waiting for quite awhile and deserves a person or family to call her own. You will be saving a life and adding a loving companion to yours! For more information about Bella, please fill out our online adoption application. Like CAPE on Facebook!
