Scout is a very sweet, 2-3 year old black Lab mix. She arrived pregnant earlier this year and raised a litter of puppies. Scout has been fostered on 10 acres and has been around other dogs, cats, kids, livestock and chickens. For this reason we would like her to join a home with other dogs. She has good house manners, is house trained, and has indoor/outdoor access. She sleeps inside at night, usually in bed. She does not like to be crated and definitely prefers to be near her people. Scout's ideal home would have some acreage to roam and other animals to have as daytime company.
Scout is altered, microchipped, current on vaccinations, wormed, treated for fleas and ticks, and current on heartworm prevention.

When applying for an animal from our rescue, please submit your adoption application before the adoption event. Individuals who have submitted their application and been vetted have priority the day of the event. You must print the application, complete it, and email it or fax it back to us.
