Job Description: Tech will be providing support, Upgrading the Memory of machines, and also assisting with the Swap Process. Tech will need to Install, Reboot, Save & pack machines.

Desired Qualifications:
-A+ Certified and/or MS certification
-Strong PC troubleshooting skills
-Windows 7 Experience
-Microsoft Office Suite Experience
-Basic networking skills
-Able to work independently as well as with a team
-Customer service and strong communication skills
- Able to lift up to 50 pounds of technical equipment
- Able to crawl under desks to disconnect computer equipment
-Willing to submit to a federal background test
