All Girls Boxing Tuesday and Thursdays 6-7 pm/Mens Boxing Class Tuesday and Thursday 7-8 pm
We also do a Coed Boxing Class at 8 am on Saturday Mornings!
Anyone can do this workout, beginners are always welcome and are taught the basics in the first few classes! Its fun challenging & will get you in amazing shape all while you learn the sweet science of boxing! Come by and try it! You will be "hooked!"
