Dogs were in a fenced in back yard, but were able to push the gate enough that it spun the latch and allowed them external access. Buster has blue collar with phone number and is chipped. Teegan did not have her collar on. Both dogs are friendly and are up to date on shots. Vet is Wilmington Animal Hospital.
