COMPANY OBLIGATIONS:
- Prepare schedule based on your request/needs (as little or as much as you want)
- Prepare each broadcast channel info/bio/options each time
- Additional marketing outside of the sites themselves that we broadcast
- Monitor goals, bots, apps, chat and anything needed in the channel itself
- Create unique options for viewers to donate/tip
- Ensure the Models safety while working including identity & physical safety
- Clothing ideas, will help fund clothing purchases directly related to cam in certain situations.
- Maintain and produce the show
- Provide Model with payment based on terms setup on individual basis.
- Keep computer, cam, software, hardware and other tools up-to-date
- 5+ dedicated sites to broadcast to at one time to allow for even more revenue $$$$$
MODELS OPTIONS/RULES:
- CHOOSE a set or flexible schedule (you can start or stop at any time of the day 7 days a week)
- CHOOSE individual rules, limits, private show pricing and other options controlled by Model
- NUDITY: All cam sites are for adult viewership only, it is NEVER required for a Model to be naked. It is encouraged that you be open minded toward some type of nudity at the very least but again NOT required nor will it even be forced upon you. Anytime a model is not comfortable they will be allowed to stop or change a situation immediately..
- TOYS,PROPS,FUN: For the models participating in sexual scenes there are various toys, props, bondage/kink and role play items that can be borrowed (for health/safety only toys used externally are cleaned and borrow-able)
- ANY state can be removed from your channels broadcast and not allowed to access you (TN is by default to protect, will be discussed with you before starting) - ANYONE applying to be a model or on cam MUST be over eighteen (18) and have a valid state issued ID
- All models can recruit playmates (friends, bf) for individual shows or have other Female/Male models from company involved upon request
- Models that recruit other permanent models (Female or Couple) that are not already actively broadcasting will receive bonus sales incentives.
PAY:
- All pay in USD
- You will get 50%+ of all revenue to start out (female or couple)
- Daily payout or advances toward Clothing/Props for the stream shall be handled on individual basis
- The more time you put into building the more followers/regulars
- Additional Model recruitment incentives/bonus will always be paid, discuss cases individually
- If you are featured in a scene on channel not your own you will be paid according to your specific agreement unless otherwise stated.
LOCATION:
- Current studio location in La Vergne
- Studio is in a quiet, safe, well kept neighborhood with its own personal driveway/entrance.
- Models are encouraged to broadcast solely from Studio until both company and model are both comfortable with other arrangements (home PC/setup, friend or acquaintances)
- Transportation can be arranged in the short term for those needing help getting going to/from Studio (if needed case by case basis) as long as they are working toward their own way of transportation and being consistent with their broadcast!!
- Models with their own setups/previous experience may discuss at-home options sooner case-by-case
- Your privacy is always HIGH PRIORITY no unauthorized persons are allowed into the broadcast area or in the same room without prior written approval by model.
- Your protection is also among priority, all studio doors will be locked during broadcast with no visible view to anyone outside of the studio broadcast itself.
