We've been fostering Mona for almost two months and she's blossoming into one amazing dog. It's hard to believe that not long ago, she was a severe neglect case, emaciated and close to death. Today, she is healthy, happy and pretty much the perfect dog. She's gentle and patient with our four-year-old. And she's been great with other dogs--gets along really well with our five-year-old male pit mix and we've had no issues passing other dogs on walks. She is fine in the crate, but would definitely prefer a home where she can curl up on a dog bed at night. She doesn't make a peep all night long, just happy to be safe and warm. She's not fond of loud noises or rough play, so she'd probably be best in a home that tends toward the quieter side. She is housetrained, but does need consistent letting out to keep her on track. She is SO affectionate and sweet. Just wants to be by your side. Mona deserves the absolute best.
