Used TRW cast pistons for the 383- bored 30 over - have about 50000 miles on them - diamond pattern finish still visible. Pistons
produced 10:1 compression with CC 915/516 heads ! == $150 for pistons and rods [rods still attached] -
383 block developed crack around camshaft housing so it was junked!
