Multi-Skilled Handyman
$20-30hr
Part-Time Positions Available
Providing homes and businesses with quality craftsmanship across all of their repair and maintenance -- inside and outside.
Our multi-skilled professionals specialize in everything from basic repair, painting, plumbing, electrical and installation tasks.
We can handle all specialized handicap and aging-in-place needs for ramps, grab-bars, railings, door handles and the like.
And, we can also set up a year-round home maintenance program for homes to help our clients stay ahead of minor repairs before they become more expensive problems.

Home Services Offered
1. Handyman -- basic repair and installation tasks from hanging pictures to everything else
2. Doors & Windows -- installation and repairs
3. Carpentry -- crown molding, chair rails, wainscoting, base molding, stairs, railings, shelving, trim
4. Electrical -- fixtures, ceiling fans, GFCIs, outlets, switches, exterior lights, dimmers, service upgrades, breaker panel replacement, and troubleshooting
5. Plumbing -- faucets, sinks, toilets, showers, tubs, garbage disposals, shut off valves, ice makers, supply lines, drains, leaks, troubleshooting
6. Lighting and Lighting Systems -- installation and trouble-shooting
7. Drywall -- repair and installation
8. Painting/Staining -- interior and exterior
9. Flooring, Tiling and Countertops -- all rooms, from hardwood and vinyl to ceramic and granite
10. Exterior Projects -- fencing, gutters, siding, fences, decks, ramps, power washing
11. Aging in Place -- hand rails, grab bars, ADA accessible tubs, doorways.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Our office is currently looking for energetic, fast-moving individuals who fit the following:
Knowledge of Trades
• Good, overall knowledge of all trades: Carpentry -- Plumbing -- Electrical -- Tiling -- Painting -- Drywalling
• Estimation skills and prior home inspection experience a PLUS
Required Equipment and Truck/Van
• Must have a standard set of tools to perform all of the above trades
• Must own your own truck or van with a drivers license
• Must live within 15 miles of city
Trouble-Shooting Skills
• Must be a quick thinker and have the ability to be able to examine a problem situation and come up with a resolution in a prompt and professional manner
Excellent Communication Skills
Must exhibit excellent communication skills with:
• Customers
• Management
• Office Personnel
• Fellow Employees
• Documentation (for Invoicing)
Background Check
• Must be able to pass a background and drug check
