I would ideally love to have someone that is NABCEP certified to use to oversee things with installers. I don't want train if you've never worked with solar. Need people with residential and commercial work experience. Some travel on occasions could be needed. The electrician Possibly could pull permits on jobs. The electrician can work part time around your current schedule or full time. For licensed electrician I Can pay a nice consulting fee per job or inspection and hourly wage as well for any work performed. We have 2-3 weeks of jobs ready to go, need help asap.
