QR Code Link to This Post I offer my services as a nanny (in your home) in San Jose to take care of your children. I am a creative, dynamic and cheerful person. I have a very good knowledge of child development, as well as a great sense of organization and responsibilities.

Background:
A few years ago, I got a diploma in Specialized Education where I learned how to take care of people with special needs, such as children with intellectual disabilities, autistic disorders or behavioral difficulties. I took many courses during my formation, like child psychology and treatment of children in need of help. Those courses helped acquire a thorough understanding of children of all ages and of different backgrounds.

After my formation, I started working as an educator in a daycare center for children aged 0-5 years. I worked with all age groups, but mainly with children between 0 and 3 years old.

The main tasks I had to do were:
- Ensure the well-being, health and safety of children under my responsibility;
- Create a bond of trust with each child by interacting with him in a respectful and affectionate manner;
- Observe each child and adapt my interventions according to their needs;
- Promote the development of the autonomy of the child by making him live situations that are adapted to his level through which he can make choices;
- Plan, prepare and facilitate activities that promote the child's learning, motor, cognitive, language, emotional and social development;
- Monitor the child's development with each parent using different means to communicate daily;
- Control hygiene to avoid transmission of infectious diseases.

I speak French (native language) fluently and English. I am free to work all days of the week as a full-time or part-time nanny, depending on your needs. I am very flexible. Salary to be discussed. I only accept cash payment.
