Looking for a Nanny/Mother's helper every Tuesday 9am-4pm, preferably one date night a week, and with flexibility to help out additional days when needed or when we are traveling for work. (Grandma is around as well, but can use a helping hand when we are gone.) We are willing to guarantee an agreed upon amount of hours a month to the right person.

Our family consists of a baby boy born last July (8 months) and an energetic 2nd grade girl. The majority of the time (Tuesdays) will be spent with our son and helping mom with a variety of tasks around the house. We are looking for someone who LOVES babies and has lots of experience holding them, changing them, encouraging them to reach their next milestone, singing to them, playing with them, and giving them undivided attention and love. Our little guy loves to go for walks in the stroller when it's not raining or just be outside on a blanket playing with toys. He also loves to read the same books over and over all day long! Mom needs to feel comfortable working in the home office and leaving the house.

We are also looking for someone that understands that helping mom is just as helpful as the childcare part of the position, especially while our little guy is still small, napping twice a day. This includes light cleaning, cleaning up kids rooms, kids laundry, the occasional errand, and meal prep when necessary. It is very likely that mom will be home a good portion of the time, but needs an extra set of hands so that she can shower, workout, work, and focus on her long to do list. Spanish speaking would be a huge bonus but not a must. We are looking for someone willing to commit through the summer, but would love to find someone looking to grow with our family for many years to come.

Schedule:

Tuesday 9:00am-4:00pm
One additional evening a week for approximately 6 hours.
Open to additional days, as agreed upon on monthly calendar
