Want access to a cool house with a room of your own? I have two rooms available and am looking for a roommate for each room. We are moderately indulgent in that we are open to smokers, but outdoors only. We use vapor mods (e-cigs) indoors? We're respectful of quiet times when sleep is needed, but we also listen to music that is sometimes loud. At other times, jam sessions take place with drums and amplifiers. We occasionally drink alcohol, socially and in moderation.
