We are doing a permitted remodel and will need some basic drawings done for what we are doing, you may or may not need to visit the site, as we have measurements done on the house. Property is in Brighton, but again, a site visit might not be necessary. It is a basic remodel and only adding a bathroom in a closet and slightly changing the kitchen. It is about a 1,300 sq ft house with a finished attic in that sq. ft. We will also need wiring diagrams as well if you or your program is capable of doing such, otherwise we can add them by hand.
