I have a duplex I need painted. It actually looks like a 2 story house, but the daylight basement is a separate living space. Need scaffolding as it is pretty high.
Exterior is wood shake, need trim painted and deck (rails only). It will be as close to the current colors as possible. Prep will include quite a bit of scrapping and possibly sanding. Want two coats sprayed and then back rolled if plausible.
