I am looking for an experienced a/c guy. needs to be able to estimate jobs, have a crew ready for residential change outs, able to do service work, able to maintain paperwork and have access to email docs back and forth. This will lead to a full time position for the right guy. looking for someone who has been doing a/c work in the Nashville area for 10 plus years who is ready to move into more of a management position. This will be a high volume long term.
