I own a small business and need to expand. Looking for laborers, skilled labor and a foreman. We do masonry, landscaping, tree work and stone work. I am about to get hit with all the work we can possibly handle, and I need some guys to help me out.

I start laborers at $12-$14 for the first week, then we can talk about more. I don't b/s people. If you are working hard and doing good work, I take care of all my guys. I also don't bust balls, if you can do it, I let you prove it, I'm not gonna ride people all day long.

Skilled guys get a little more, we can talk about it in person. I have skilled laborers with me now who started at $15 and now make $18. Depends on what you can handle.

The foreman, I need a guy who can listen to what I need done on each job and get it done. You'll have 2 guys under you to start, and once we are comfortable, up to 8. I'm not looking for the most knowledgeable guys, more looking for guys who can learn as they go, think on their feet and get it done right. I have no problem answering calls or fielding questions. Start at $20 an hour for a week and it goes up from there.

Bonuses for jobs completed under estimated.
