I am seeking a couple estimates for a few little tasks on a permitted addition/remodel in the Bethany area. Essentially, we are enclosing an existing patio area and making it an inhabitable space.

Plumbing:
1. Run two gas lines (one for fireplace, one for new outdoor patio use, ~30' between the two)
-Already a line that is capped and ready to tap.
2. Relocate existing hose bib roughly 4'

HVAC:
1. Tap off of existing 6x14 register and run ~14' of rectangular ducting (no taller than 4", up to 20" wide) to a new 6x14 register

Both the plumbing and HVAC work is highly accessible. You will be running your lines through sleepers that are resting on the old slab and working with exposed framing/sheathing.

I know everyone is super busy right now, but I need this work performed this Wednesday, Thursday, or Friday. You must be licensed/bonded/insured as your name will be going on the permit.
