My husband and I are trying to resell our home in a couple years. This summer, (or when it's not raining on the weekends) we are wanting to redo our gutters, all siting, corners, clean roof, resand and fix back/side decks. It's a lot of work needed and we have a tight budget. We would like to help out and learn how to do it ourselves as well as pay for materials and labour. We were able to get a small loan to rebuild our house, but also need extensive work done inside the house as well. Inside we need all new trim, paint, carpet and bathroom remodeling. We only have $2000 total for the outside and $3000 for the inside so we are looking for a guide, a support, someone who knows what he/she is doing, who's willing to help us accomplish our list, who can be honest in purchasing products with us. We are hardworking people and will do our very best. We just don't have the tools, materials or knowledge. We own a double wide manufactured home with attached garage that needs some love and care.
