QR Code Link to This Post I'm looking for private investors for one of a few multifamily deals I'm syndicating and need another 120k up to 200k in capital.
This is for Buy and Hold.
All three are very similar, 30-50 units with big value adders, will be under 70% ARV so they will be easily refinanced when the time comes.
Am willing to do interest payments i/o with a small lump sum of principal at refinance, or whatever you're comfortable with. I'm open to suggestions.
Minimum is 20k the more the better terms I can offer, anything less its not worth the headaches for either of us.
No "Private Lenders" that require underwriting or an application. I've already got financing set up for the long term, I just need help with the initial payment/repairs to get buildings up to par.
