I have a full service construction company out of Media, PA with 4 full time employees. Most of our work is within 5 miles of Media. We handle all phases of residential construction but need subs for extra projects we have coming up as well as subbing out work that we may no longer decide to do in house. We do anywhere from 3-10 additions/houses each year. We price our projects competitively and fairly for our customers.

What I'm looking for: (Small LOCAL companies or guys. All HVAC/PLUMBING/ELECTRICAL/FRAMING/ROOFING trades must be licensed/insured and have all necessary tools. No drugs, drinking, or no shows. Must be experienced and know what you're doing.

Carpentry Crew - Must be able to read blueprints and do a neat job without any supervision.

Finish Carpentry - Kitchen installs, cabinets, crown mouldings, trim, casing, etc.

Drywall Contractor - Please provide total price per sheet purchased, installed, spackled, and sanded. Must be able to handle measuring the project, and facilitating material order and delivery. Looking for a clean job and high quality work. I can order and buy materials if that makes it easier.

Masonry/Concrete Contractors/Stucco & Stone Venner

Siding Contractors - Price to install vinyl per square including capping, gutters, soffit, etc.

Roofing Subs - Price to install per square. I will order and purchase all materials on roofing jobs. Just need a price for removal of existing shingles and installation of new shingles and clean up. In many cases it's new construction so no tear off necessary.
