I have a total of 8 shutters outside a 3-story town home that need to be re-secured. I estimate it will take about 2 hours to complete. I am tired of wasting my time calling "handy man" services that are time wasters and will not show up or respond.

Must have a tall ladder! Also, I would like the worker to go up on the roof and check for missing or damaged shingles. If there are any take cell phone photos to send me.

Must have proof of insurance before you get!!
