Need some basic residential landscaping after a new garage and driveway construction project. Want to restore the yard and fill-in where the concrete forms were placed.
** NEEDS TO BE DONE BY AUGUST 21ST. **
Project details -- it's a small area, about 20' x 40' in a backyard behind a patio:
• Remove existing lawn -- will need a sod cutter or dug-up by hand
• Remove existing small shrubs -- about 6-8 total
• Re-grade lawn -- will need topsoil fill
• Plastic edging and stone bed around one tree
• Install new sod
• Install weed barrier fabric and stone in rear/side of garage
Your responsibilities:
• Provide all labor, tools and materials (except for stone, I have that)
• Hauling away all debris and clean-up after you're done
• Getting it done no later than August 21st
• Be a capable, considerate person to work with
