This is the home of the original Leslie's Ceramics retail business.
After moving the business location to Richmond, we are now creating affordable art studios.
All art types are welcome to apply.
Rent is being kept very low on purpose to attract cool artists :) = $1/sf.
Retail capabilities, as well as private art studios.
The large warehouse is mostly open space at the moment, meaning large studios could be designated still.
