Room D3 $375 All new construction, 10'5" sheetrock walls, open to 16-20ft ceiling. Polished concrete floors, new overhead lighting fixtures, lots of electric outlets. Easy parking and designated side entrance. Size: 10.5' x 15.2'. Large double doors.
Room D5 $325. 9'x18'. New construction, clean white walls, polished concrete floors, high open top, new AC, new overhead lighting fixtures, lots of electric outlets, plenty of free gated parking/designated parking spot.
Room M2. $450. 425 SF large interior room. 13ft ceilings. AC/venting. Lots of AC, bright flourescent tube lights. Less polished than A and D rooms.

Currently 3,000 sf with 12 rooms: Artist affordable priced at $250-550. Utilities included: electric, water, wifi.
Slowly expand and maybe add dance, low volume music, event space/gallery/soundstage.
