RK5G 5-1/4" 2-Way Rock Landscape Speakers

The RK5G Rock Landscape Speakers accurately reproduce high fidelity music in a variety of applications, including outdoor home theater. Not only are these loudspeakers weather resistant for outdoor use, they also feature rugged cabinets to ensure great sound for years to come in any environment.

Weather-resistant sealed cabinets and acoustically transparent grilles house a carbon-filled polypropylene woofer and a 5/8" polycarbonate tweeter for accurate, satisfying sound. The granite natural rock finish matches your patio or garden, and a drip vent behind the speaker grille allows proper water drainage, prolonging the life of the speaker.

Speaker Placement

The RK5G speakers can be placed on your patio, deck, flowerbed, or on the ground. Install them near your primary listening area, or for complete yard coverage use more than one pair. For maximum effect, it is better to have more speakers playing at lower volume for large outdoor spaces.

Plan your speaker placement carefully. The RK5G landscape speakers are manufactured to resist most natural conditions. Please avoid sprinklers and other types of water spouts to ensure long life. Running wire to the speakers around existing yard features must be carefully considered.

Like all speakers, the RK5G Rock Landscape speakers sound best when placed in the line of sight to the listener with no obstructions.

Easy Installation

If your application requires the speaker cable to be buried first verify the location of utilities. Be careful to avoid buried cables, gas lines, and sprinklers. Verify the operation of your RK5G speakers before backfilling.

The length of the longest speaker cable you need should determine the wire gauge required. Measure the longest run and consult the following chart before purchasing cable:
