House is fully-furnished, stocked, and tastefully decorated. Pretty custom home with tall ceilings and elegant style. Established neighborhood, very quiet street with pretty landscaped yards. We have all common area furniture, appliances, dishes, and most everything one might need in the common areas, making it convenient for short-term tenant. Bedroom is empty/unfurnished and away from the other bedrooms making it a nice floorplan. Single occupancy per bedroom only; this is a housemate setting with only one of us per bedroom, "bills paid."
Shared living areas, kitchen, laundry, and yard. Quiet home with plenty of quiet and privacy. Perfect place to study as it's very quiet with minimal guests, or a great place to relax after a long day at work. Quiet, busy, hard-working professionals as housemates who stay busy and don't always see each other too much. We're quite tidy, pretty clean, drama-free, and like a relaxing and pretty home. No smoking, vaping, or illicit drugs. No cats; we're very allergic sorry. Room pets like goldfish, gerbils, etc. welcome.
Please have a steady job/school outside the home, no evictions, pleasant, tidy/clean, and a non-smoker/non-vapor only. Quiet, private, responsible atmosphere in respectable upscale neighborhood- not a party home. Gardeners welcome, we have a large yard, garden area, and patio. Convenient to Lake Hefner, turnpike, shopping, restaurants, and upper NW OKC/South Edmond. Probably a bit far from UCO (~20 minutes), though we have had UCO students here before. ~15 minutes or so to Integris and Cheseapeake.
