What is a "No-Fault" Divorce?
A No-Fault Divorce is one of the grounds to use to obtain a divorce. A No-Fault divorce may be maintained where the relationship between Plaintiff and Defendant has broken down irretrievably.
Additional Requirements :
You need no Property Settlement
You or your spouse have to live in Delaware..for the flat rate of $600.00
The initiating documents will also be drafted the same day (or the very next business day)
We will file all the required Delaware documents to file for an Uncontested Divorce.
