On Site Property Manager w Very Good Handyman Repair Skills (1732 Bellefontaine Street)
I am looking for an individual with excellent handyman and personal skills to live on-site at this apartment building. The responsibilities would include:
~Daily pick up of any trash on the parking lot or property
~General monitoring of activity within the building and tenants
~Availability to do general repairs and clean outs as needed
~Communicate pertinent information to property owner.
~Assist in showing prospective tenants available apartments.
A free apartment valued at $465 a month will be offered as compensation. A "time budget" will be set regarding repairs and maintenance work, with a set hourly rate to be paid for repair work once that monthly threshold has been met.
This is a 10 unit apartment building, secure, well lit, with nice apartment units. All tenants are fully screened, all are polite and fully employed.
Applicant must have references and a "clean" background report. It is anticipated that the applicant will still maintain their existing job.
