I have one bedroom available in a two bedroom apartment at civic plaza. It's mere blocks from downtown and BSU. Rent will be $375 per month plus half the electric. Since these are income based apartments you cant make more than 16000 per year. Must be approved through management. I am a female but it doesn't matter if you are male or female. I usually keep to myself. All I ask is that rent is paid on time and you pick up after yourself.
