One of a Kind Furnished Wooden Dollhouse All Custom

1200 USD

I have just finished this beautifully handcrafted, and fully furnished dollhouse. Total love and joy went into the completion of this house. Everything is new and finished in wonderful pink tones. This is one of the most gorgeous dollhouses I've seen in a long time. Any princess, young or young at heart, would love to wake up to this under the tree on Christmas morning!

Everything is completed, and perfect; from the wood floors and baseboards, to the crown molding and window trim no detail was overlooked, while still maintaining its vintage character. It just needs your family and finishing touches added.

Each room features it's own working LED light fixture, and there are two welcoming, working LED carriage porch lights on both sides of the front door. It also features a roof top garden, surrounded by Victorian railing, as well as window walk railing across the front.

The exterior is painted in, "Charming Pink", with white window trim and gray wooden shingles. The addition of the legs, make this an incredibly beautiful piece of furniture, that would look amazing in any room. I painted the legs a very light coat of white, so they would maintain their wooden characteristics.

The dollhouse is 48" tall, 23" wide, and 11.5" deep

Every piece of furniture in the house, was custom ordered and handcrafted by amazing artisans and is one of kind.

The furniture pieces include:

A Damask Parlor Settee and Two Chairs, handcrafted by the amazingly talented Rebecca, of the shop, Tiny Dwelling, in Bowling Green, KY. The set features Vintage Damask seats, Vintage French Linen, Fabric ticking and were Hand painted and finished and is hand signed. Rebecca also crafted the hutch/sideboard in the living room, which includes two pieces in one, you can hang the top as a wall unit, separate from the bottom. All the drawers and doors open and are lined in vintage, handwritten, French letter paper.

A coffee table and side table in the living room in Antoinette Pink were handcrafted by a fantastic artisan, Diane, in North Wales, United Kingdom. Diane is a member of The International Guild of Miniature Artisans, as well as a member of the Editorial Team at AIM~Artisans in Miniature. She has also had her work featured in the Dolls House Magazine.

The fireplace, was crafted especially for this house by Judith, who has been creating miniatures for over 30 years, in Fordingbridge, Hampshire, United Kingdom. It features a gold fireback, and a wood burning stove. Judith also crafted the framed painting over the fireplace, as well as the one in the bedroom. All of the bathroom fixtures, which include a beautiful tub, matching toilet, and sink vanity with a hanging mirror, as well as a towel rack (with towels) and matching rug were created by Judith. And the working wardrobe, full length mirror and night stand, with working drawer, in the bedroom were also her creations. They all feature a shabby chic look, with hand painted roses. The pink and white toile wallpaper covering the front opening of the door was also custom made by Judith.

The shabby chic, full size bed, and the absolutely stunning bedding, in the master bedroom, were designed, and handcrafted by the most amazing woman, Joan, along with her husband, known only as, "He who dwells in the shed", in Sandbach, England, United Kingdom. "He who dwells in the shed", hand makes the items, and Ms. Joan paints and accessorizes them. All of the furniture in the nursery was created by this wonderful pair. It includes a crib, with a working side, a dresser with a mirror and working drawers, an amazing wardrobe, with working doors, lined shelves, and a little extra blanket included, a high chair, and the single bed, with its own amazing bedding. The rocking horse, little girls dress on the hanger, and a baby doll in the crib, were also crafted by these talented folks. In the living room, the French room divider was also one of their creations. Just stunning work!

Finally, just to bring it all together, the rugs in the living room, bedroom and nursery, along with the pull toys in the nursery, and the pink ottoman in the living room, were handmade by Alice Bowers from Brighton, Michigan,

The furniture alone in this house is worth well over $800. The kit for this house, unassembled is $550. Assembled only, not painted, finished or furnished is $880. This is a great deal, for a one of a kind dollhouse that will be treasured for a lifetime and handed down for generations!
