My husband and I have one bedroom with one bathroom available immediately to a Female. Middleton Lakes is right on the Boise River, just off Middleton Road before you get to town. You can reach a freeway within 5 miles. Female only. dog, or cat ok.
Our house is a new 1500 square feet, 3 car garage, covered front and rear patios. You could have a small amount of room in the garage to store some things. The subdivision has 7 private lakes stocked with fish, or just for a small boat.
We have 2 very calm dogs, there is a doggie door in the back leading to the big fenced backyard.
We were thinking $350 flat plus a security deposit. We could put a fridge in your room, your bath is just across the hall.
Free wifi, and there could be cable tv. You'd have access to the kitchen if you need. The room could be furnished for the right person.
