Hello, my name is Ari and I am a licensed electrician and general contractor.
I occasionally require help either on jobs or just performing tasks around the house or on my property.
They may involve just lending a hand, cleaning up, pulling wires, hanging drywall, sanding or moving items.
I am happy to provide some training and education on and off of the clock if you are interested.
ONLY NON-SMOKERS NON DRUG USERS AND LIGHT OR NON DRINKERS NEED RESPOND. I DO NOT WISH TO DEAL WITH SMOKING BREAKS, SMELLING ODOR IN MY TRUCK OR ON YOUR CLOTHES OR ALCOHOL RELATED PROBLEMS.
WORKING MEANS NO PLAYING WITH YOUR PHONE, LISTENING TO MUSIC OR TEXTING ETC DURING THE DAY.
I WOULD NOT ASK YOU TO WORK ANY HARDER THAN I WOULD MYSELF.
I DO NOT TEXT AT ALL MYSELF.
Seek hardworking, competent and reliable person who is willing to learn and perform tasks.
Would need to travel to my location at start of day. If you do not have a vehicle, I am not far to 69th st terminal and I can pick you up there or an additional bus travels to the end of my street 2 blocks away.
If you are a reliable, competent, and hard worker I also have friends and associates that I may be able to refer you to for more work opportunities. We will spread your name around.
